Srinagar, Nov 21 (KS): Meteorological department on Tuesday said that no significant weather activity in Jammu and Kashmir till ending of this month.

An official from MeT told news agency Kashmir Scroll that currently, the weather is mainly clear to partly cloudy at most places of Jammu and Kashmir.

He said that from 21-22 November, weather will remain generally dry. However, on 23 November, generally cloudy with light rain/snow at isolated higher reaches, he added.

From 24-26 November, weather will remain generally dry. From 27-30 November, generally cloudy with light rain/snow at isolated higher reaches.

He said overall no significant weather activity till ending November. Shallow to moderate fog likely to continue till 27 November over many places of Kashmir division, he said.

Regarding the minimum temperatures, he said the dip is observed over all stations of Kashmir Division with lowest minimum temperature over Konibal -4.4°C.

In Pahlgam, he said the mercury settled at -2.9°C.

In Gulmarg, he said the mercury settled at -0.6°C.

In Kupwara, he said the mercury settled at -0.8°C.

In Qazigund, he said the mercury settled at -0.8°C.

In Banihal, he said the mercury settled at 2.8°C.

In Srinagar, he said the mercury settled at -1.2°C. (KS)
