Kargil, Jan 27: Sub Divisional Magistrate, Shakar Chiktan, Abdul Gaffar Zargar today attended the final match of 3rd BDC Cup Ice Hockey tournament Chiktan.
The SDM was chief guest and Councillor Chiktan Kacho Liyaqat Ali khan was the guest of honour.
SDM spoke about the major achievements of sports infrastructure and stressed the Ice hockey players to represent Chiktan at National and UT level.
He assured for all support to help to make sports infrastructure better and fulfill of demands raised by the locals. The SDM congratulated the organisers for organising such tournaments.
The final match was played between Khangral and Yokmakharboo. Yoomalharboo emerged victorious with 4 goals, while Khangral secured 2 goals. A total of nine teams participated in the tournament.
