Authorities pass the buck,patients appealed Div Com Kashmir to intervene

Ganderbal 28 July (KNZ):COVID-19 positive patients of Hatbura quarantine centre in Ganderbal complained of poor arrangements at the quarantine centre where they alleged that they were sent to quarantine centres where they are being kept in unhygienic rooms.

Over 130 people have been kept JNV Hatbura Quarantine Centre.The inmates complain of inadequate facilities at the centres.

The inmates who are under administrative quarantine at Jawahar Navodya Vidyalaya Hostel Hatbura Ganderbal told that we are made to use single washroom.

“Food is very unhygienic and unhealthy for patients , scarcity of water and and doctors don’t pay visit to us” said a positive patient over phone.

Another patient in a video slammed the authority for inadequate facilities.He alleged that the administration is putting the people under quarantine randomly without proper facilities.

We are kept like cattles alleged a patient .”Temperature is very high and we don’t a fan here .It is so hot here that we sweat a say” He said

when Kashmir News Zone-KNZ contacted DC Ganderbal Shafqat Iqbal he said , “There was little problem there we have solved that.We have installed the fans and rest is well there.”KNZ
