September 25:::Yet another incident of mysterious braid cutting has been reported from Nagam, Kokernag in Anantnag area of Southern Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) District.
The Victim name (withheld) reportedly came out from her house when she was called by a non local women (hair buyer), the non local women sprayed some kind of toxic substance on the women”s facewhich left the women unconscious at around 3pm in the mid day.After that her hair was chopped off.
This has led to a sense of fear in the locality.
The Victim is a 35 year old woman.
