Srinagar, March 18 (GNS): Authorities on Wednesday kept at least 81 passengers, who arrived here from Leh Ladakh, at a hotel here under 14-day quarantine.

An official told GNS that an Air India flight from Ladakh arrived here on Wednesday morning. However the authorities here directed it to return back to Leh where 25 passengers were offloaded before it returned back.

“The AI flight after offloading the passengers came back to Srinagar International airport and landed there. 81 passengers from Kashmir region were later moved in four SRTC buses and directly taken to the hotel where they will be quarantined for 14 days,” the official said. (GNS)
