Srinagar, Aug 06 (ANH): Two residential houses and a masjid suffered damage in a fire incident in Gurubazar area of Kanikadal Srinagar on Sunday.
An official told Asian News Hub (ANH) that two residential houses belonging to Nowshad Hussain Bhat and Muzaffar Hussain Bhat and Fatima-ul-Zehra Masjid were damaged in a fire incident in Gurubazar Kanikadal this afternoon.
He said that timely action by firefighters along with the help of police and locals, doused the flames to avoid any further damages, adding that no loss of life or injury was reported to any in the incident.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident, and cause of fire was not known immediately. (ANH)
