Srinagar: The air-traffic to and fro Kashmir will be restored on Thursday after remaining temporarily suspended due to snowfall in the valley, officials said.

“All prepration done, We are ready for tomorrow flight operation @Aaisnrairport. Request to all passengers, Take flight status update with concern airlines and approach to Srinagar airport before time to avoid rush,” tweeted Srinagar Airport Authority.

“Witnessing heavy snowfall, currently, Srinagar is under a thick layer of snow leading to cancellation of flights since 3rd Jan’21. #AAI’s Srinagar @Aaisnrairport is working actively for public relief & has signed an MoU with Beacon, a company for snow removal from apron area,” SA wrote in an another tweet.
