GANDERBAL, DECEMBER 02: The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Ganderbal, Gulzar Ahmad today held a comprehensive review meeting to assess the status of grievances submitted through the Jammu and Kashmir Integrated Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (JK-IGRAMS) portal.

The primary objective of the meeting was to evaluate the progress made in addressing grievances raised by individuals and ensure prompt and effective redressal.

During the review, ADC analyzed the data collected from the JK-IGRAMS portal to identify recurring issues and bottlenecks.

He said that the grievance redressal processes has been streamlined to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. He directed all the line departments to ensure transparency and accountability in the grievance handling mechanism.

The ADC maintained that effective grievance redressal is a cornerstone of a vibrant administration and urged all the officers to work in close coordination to ensure timely resolution of grievances and the overall betterment of general public.

The meeting was attended by Tehsildars, District Sheep Husbandry Officer, BDO Ganderbal and other district and sectoral officers.
