Prang Lari, Bandaybagh, Budergund, Search Chowderybagh with the poor network service of Reliance in these areas of Ganderbal district the telecom company has come under severe criticism with its subscribers alleging it to be a reason of immense hardships.
The subscribers which also include media fraternity told that there is poor network of reliance Jio service in their area which is irking the common customers, who have been suffering because of insensitive and fleecing attitude of this telecommunication company.
Ever the launching of Jio service in the Valley, there has been complaints of poor signal but nothing was done by the concerned authorities to improve the same.
While the entire world is experiencing better telecommunication with each and every passing day, said a local resident of Prang Syed Mukhtar.
“If somebody wants to make call, it doesn’t work and after continuous trying for hours together, call hardly gets connected.
The situation gets worse as the person receiving call hardly hear the voice of caller,” a local Aijaz complained from Budergund Said.
The reliance Jio is recently launched in India he gives all faculties free he got too much customers in all over India as well as in Kashmir valley. Now people of Kashmir have chosen it because of free and it is first company in Kashmir who launched 4G in Kashmir with free.
But some of the villages of district Ganderbal complaints that they have no network of Jio 4G.
The subscribers later appealed the Jio reliance higher ups to look into the matter and redress their short grievance at earliest.
