Srinagar, May 28:(GNS) Police today refuted that police station Magam has been sealed after its seven policemen tested positive .
In a statement Police said that Some media agencies have reported that Police station Magam has been sealed. It is being refuted. 07 Police officials of Police station Magam have tested positive for Covid , and they are currently under treatment.
Further statement stated that their primary contacts have been put under quarantine and other preventive measures are being taken.
We request members of media fraternity to refrain from spreading misinformation.
Policemen are frontline workers and coronawarriors. Legal action will be initiated against anybody found indulging in spreading misinformation.(GNS)
