Srinagar, Apr 11 (KS) : At least two dozen passengers were injured in a road accident in Udhampur district on Tuesday.
A police official told Kashmir Scroll that at least 27 passengers got injured after a mini-bus overturned near Dak Bungalow, Ramnagar in Udhampur district.
He said that the bus was on its way to Surni from Ramnagar when the incident took place.
All the injured were admitted to Sub-District Hospital, Ramnagar, he said
Injured have been identified as Jumi Mohan lal, Chuni Lal, Chanchla devi, Fungu Devi, Sheku Sharma, Kavita Sharma Nek Ram,Chet Ram, Pushpa Devi, Aman Sita Devi, Neeraj Kumar, Sushma Devi, Mohinder Kumar, Poli Devi, Seemu Devi, Jeet Ram Bimla Devi, Arun Manhas, Rani Devi, Kewal Krishan,Chanchla Devi,Chanchla Devi,Varsha Devi, Dewan Chand and Suhani Sharma
Meanwhile police have taken cognisance of the incident and started investigation—(KS)
