Bandipora:- In continuation with the efforts to engage youth of the area and to reach out to the locals in far flung villages, Aragam Army Camp organised Chai Pe Guftagu with the locals of chanpal village
The village is located in the upper reaches of Bandipora district and is difficult to commute. The idea behind the event was to exchange pleasantries and discuss general issues that affect our day to day lives and progress of the region. The locals were very elated of this initiative which gave them a confidence and assurance that they also form part of nation building. The event was so warmly welcomed by the locals that they honoured the initiative with geniality
The families nearby had offered baked biscuits, kashmiri breads and also prepared authentic Kashmiri Namkeen Chai at the event site.
The interaction helped the troops to gauge the pulse of Awaam and contributed immensely in strengthening the existing AWAAM – ARMY connect.
