Srinagar CNS, June 5: Police and security forces on Saturday detected an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) near Chanapora police post.

A police officer told CNS that the IED was placed inside a box. Soon a Bomb Disposal Squad was rushed to the spot, .

Immediately the BDS diffused the IED. Meanwhile police have a registered a case under the relevant sections of law to ascertain the cause of incident. (CNS)
