Pulwama, December 2: In anticipation of the upcoming OMR-based examination for the position of Panchayat Secretary conducted by the J&K Service Selection Board, a crucial preparatory meeting was conducted at Circuit House Pulwama under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Pulwama,Dr.Basharat Qayoom (IAS).

Deputy Commissioner Pulwama conducted a comprehensive review of arrangements at each institution where the examination is scheduled to take place. He emphasized the need for a meticulous, institution-wise analysis to ensure the examination is conducted with utmost fairness and transparency. Deputy Commissioner Pulwama underscored the importance of micro-level scrutiny by Heads of Institutions, leaving no room for leniency.

Deputy Commissioner also highlighted the necessity of providing essential facilities, including proper sanitation, drinking water, heating facility, seating, and other arrangements. The emphasis was on creating a conducive and comfortable environment for the students during the examination.

Furthermore, the Deputy Commissioner highlighted the importance of seamless coordination among all stakeholders involved in the examination process. This coordination, he emphasized, is critical to the success of the entire operation, ensuring that every aspect is meticulously planned and executed.

The meeting was attended by key stakeholders, including ADDC Pulwama, SSP Pulwama, ADC Pulwama, ADC Awantipora, ACR Pulwama, SSB officials, District officers,Tehsildars, and Heads of educational institutions.
