Ganderbal, Dec 29, 2017:- District Development Commissioner Ganderbal, Dr. Piyush Singla conducted detailed inspection of 200- bedded District Hospital Building here today. DDC reviewed the preparedness of operationalization of the building viz-a-viz adequate infrastructure availability and timely mobilization of resources.

District Hospital building is being constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 52.56 crore under National Rural Health Mission on which Rs 35 crore stands expended so far.

DDC emphasized that JKPCC shall take up the work on remaining blocks of the hospital and presently completed Block ‘A’ shall be operatoinalized at earliest.

Among others Chief Medical Officer Ganderbal, Deputy Chief Medical Officer Ganderbal, Medical Superintendent, BMO Ganderbal, BMO Kangan, DGM JKPCC civil, DGM JKPCC Mechanical, Manager JKPCC Civil, Manager JKPCC Mechanical and other concerned officers accompanied the DDC during the visit.
