GANDERBAL 07 SEPTEMBER :Today Police party of Police Post Shadipora headed by DO Shadipora S.I Gulzar Ahmad under the supervision of DySP HQRs Ganderbal carried out a bung destruction drive along with Revenue Department in areas of Narayan Bagh, Dab, Shalhar and khan Mohalla, destroyed a large part of wild Bung in these areas.
Working hard towards the objective of Drug free society District Police Ganderbal have started an initiative to eradicate this menace from the society and is continuously working hard on the objective.
The locals of the area have hailed the step carried out by District Police Ganderbal.
Community members are requested to come forward with any information regarding cultivation of contrabands in their neighbourhood. Persons found indulging in drug peddling & cultivation of contraband substances shall be dealt as per law.
