Ganderbal:- A bike rider died in a road accident in Kangan area of Ganderbal district on Sunday.
An official said that an accident between a bike bearing registration number Jk 16 A 4421 bike rider Mohd Ismail Bijard Gh Nabi Bijard resident of BabaNagri and a truck bearing registeration number Jk 12 F 3017, Truck driver identified as Parvaiz Ahmad Dar son of Gh Rasool Dar resident Gangarhama.
He said that in the incident Ismail received critical injuries following which he was shifted to SDH Kangan and later he was shifted to SKIMS Soura, where he succumbed to injuries.
Police has registered a case and started investigation.:PTK
