Bandipora:- It was a great loss to a poor daily wager, Gh Ahmed Dar s/o Md Ishaq Dar and resident of vill Zalpura, when his house got burnt on 24 Feb 2020 possibly due to electric short circuit.
Naidkhai camp immediately reached out to the poor family and assured of all possible assistance from Company 13 RR Bn.
Immediate relief was provided to the family in the form of material support to include temporary shelter tentage, Meals, temporary arrangements for rest sleep including sleeping bags mattresses.This noble gesture by the Naidkhai COB was appreciated by the family and villagers alike.
Further to this, the civil administration has also been contacted to expedite the assistance to be given to the family.Such acts of kindness have projected a very positive image of Armed Forces/ IA amongst local populace and also have strengthened the Army-Awaam relationship.
