Tral, 13 June: Showing concern over the financial crunch among downtrodden people ahead of COVID-19, two youth in Tral area of South Kashmir are on toes to distribute basic amenities among poor and needy people.

Aamir Mohi-Ud-Din and Burhan Ud Din, residents of Saimoh and Dadasara areas of Tral, are the students of GDC Tral, who have been working as the volunteers in NSS group of the college, and have now personally taken the initiative to help out the needy ones by distributing food items, books, stationery, masks and sanitizers.

They held the first distribution event in Panner Jagir village of Tral, and said that “motive to distribute the eatables and other essential items among the needy, was to become the part of Young NSS warriors.”

On that occasion, both the volunteers have jointly made people aware about the COVID-19 and benefits of vaccination.
