GANDERBAL, NOVEMBER 23: With a strong emphasis on ensuring the quality resolution of public grievances, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Ganderbal, Gulzar Ahmad today chaired a meeting at Conference Hall, Mini Secretariat Complex here to evaluate the redressal of public grievances.

During the session, a comprehensive discussion took place department-wise, focusing on the status of grievances registered on JK-IGRAMS.

At the outset, the chair was informed that 4553 grievances have been received on IGRAMS out of which 4488 have been disposed-off and remaining are under process.

The ADC instructed all departments to treat public grievances with utmost seriousness, emphasizing the need for the highest level of accountability and transparency in dealing with public issues. He directed officers to promptly address all public grievances within the stipulated time frame while ensuring quality disposal.

The meeting witnessed the participation of CEO Ganderbal; Executive Engineer PMGSY, CHO, and other concerned functionaries.
