Ganderbal 17 Nov (KNZ):At least 12 villages in Ganderbal district continue to be deprived of public transport facilities due bad condition of Chappergund-Gutlibagh road

Villagers said we did not have any public transport facilities from last 3 months due to dilapidated condition of Chappergund-Gutlibagh road.

Locals said , the 1.5 kilometer Chappergund-Gutlibagh road is in dilapidated condition since long and no one from the administration is initiating any steps to construct or maintain the road.

Due to the dilapidated condition of the road, the people living in villages are suffering a lot and have appealed to the administration to repair this road as soon as possible.

The inhabitants said that the road is in dilapidated condition since long and is full of muddy patches and potholes putting the lives of the locals in risk.

Now the public vehicles goes from the alternate link road ( via Hope Disability center) our main road is still in dilapidated condition and we don’t have any public transport from this road.

We approached many times higher authorities but no one avail. Now we request once again LG administration and DC Ganderbal to look into the matter.KNZ
