Ganderbal, Feb 2(KNZ):Two persons were injured on Monday after a truck overturned and fell onto a residential house at S-Mode in the Hariganiwan area of Ganderbal district, officials said.
According to officials, the truck, which was on its way from Sonamarg, lost control while negotiating a sharp curve near S-Mode. The vehicle skidded off the road, turned turtle and landed partially on a nearby house, causing damage to the structure.
The injured were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. Their condition is stated to be stable and under observation.
Police reached the spot soon after the incident and have launched an investigation to ascertain the cause of the accident.
