Srinagar, Apr 05 (KB): A 19-year-old boy was found hanging by a tree branch in Kotranka Rajouri, an official said on Saturday morning.
The official told news agency Kashmir Bulletin that one intervening Friday and Saturday night, one Shafqat Ali, son of Mohammad Din, a resident of Ponda Naka (Peeri), Kotranka was found hanging by a oak tree branch.
“The local police was informed, who arrived at the scene and have taken the body into its possession,” the official said.
Confirming it, a police official told Kashmir Bulletin that they have initiated medico-legal formalities to investigate into the recovery of the body under such circumstances. (KB)
