Srinagar, 10 Dec (KNZ):The Qureshi family of Shalteng was bereaved on Tuesday following the demise of Mymoona Begum, wife of Fayaz Ahmed Qureshi, who passed away after a prolonged illness.
District Development Council (DDC) member Mudasir Majeed visited the family residence to convey his condolences and express solidarity with the bereaved household. During the visit, he offered prayers for the departed soul and extended words of comfort to the family members.
Mudasir Majeed said, “May Allah grant the deceased the highest place in Jannah and give the family the strength to endure this loss.” He noted that the passing of Mymoona Begum has left a deep void in the family and among those who knew her.
Neighbours, relatives,Officers and community members also visited the home throughout the day to share the family’s grief and pay their respects.KNZ
