Pulwama, June 24 (GNS): One of the two persons injured in a road accident at SIDCO Pulwama on Monday has succumbed to his injuries at SMHS Hospital Srinagar.
Official sources told GNS that Mushtaq Ahmad Bajran, son of Kallu Bajran, a resident of Kathahalan Keller in Shopian, who was critically injured after a Mahindra Bolero (registration number JK13E-0711) hit a road divider due to overspeeding, passed away while undergoing treatment at the hospital.
The accident occurred when the driver lost control of the vehicle, resulting in injuries to both occupants.
The injured person, Shabir Ahmad Mir, son of Gh. Mohd Mir of Prichoo Pulwama is said to be stable.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident, and further investigations are underway. (GNS)
