Ganderbal Jan 4(Knz): One person was critically injured after a Swift car collided with a Sumo vehicle at Cherwan area of Kangan in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Sunday,
An official told Kashmir News Zone that The accident involved a Swift car bearing registration number PB11 BQ-4689 and a Sumo vehicle bearing registration number JK03 B-3384, resulting in serious injuries to a pedestrian.
The injured has been identified as Waseem Ahmad (25), son of Mohammad Iqbal Kassana, a resident of Hayan Palpora. He was immediately shifted to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Kangan, where from he was referred to SKIMS Soura for advanced treatment due to his critical condition.
- Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated further investigation.(knz)
