MAGAM, SEPTEMBER 18:In view of the nationwide Swasthya Parivar Abhiyaan being observed from September 17 to October 2, a mega blood donation camp was organized today at Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Magam. The camp was held in collaboration with SKIMS Medical College & Hospital, Bemina, Srinagar.
A total of 30 voluntary donors came forward to donate blood during the camp, contributing to this noble cause. The event aimed at raising awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation and ensuring availability of safe blood for those in need.
The drive was organized under the supervision of BMO Magam, Dr. Mir Mushtaq, and was supported by MLA Beerwah, Dr. Mohammad Shafi Wani, along with Dr. Suhail. All appreciated the spirit of volunteerism shown by the donors and emphasized the role of such initiatives in building a healthy society.
The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from health officials, local volunteers, and civil society members.
