Ganderbal, April 25:In response to emerging security concerns, Ganderbal Police, in coordination with the Army, Para forces, CRPF, and SSB, have launched intensive door-to-door search operations across the district. The joint operation is aimed at dismantling any potential threat by targeting areas suspected of providing refuge to anti-national elements (ANEs) and their overground workers (OGWs).
Focusing on regions near forest lines and snow-covered zones, the forces have adopted a strategic and aggressive approach to comb through vulnerable areas. House-to-house searches are underway, with suspects being thoroughly interrogated.
According to police sources, this multi-pronged security strategy has already begun to yield significant results. Operations will persist until concrete outcomes are achieved, reinforcing the security grid in the region.
Police have appealed to the public to cooperate and share any information about elements attempting to disrupt peace and the socio-economic stability of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
