GANDERBAL, APRIL 30: District Administration Ganderbal today organized a warm farewell ceremony in honour of two veteran officials of the Revenue Department—Farooq Ahmad Hakeem, Sectional Officer, and Mohammad Yousuf Wani, Head Assistant—on their superannuation after nearly four decades of dedicated public service.
The farewell event was held at the Conference Hall of the Mini Secretariat Ganderbal and was attended by Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore, Additional Deputy Commissioner Syed Fahim Bihaqi, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, and several officials from the Revenue Department.
On the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner lauded the services of both officials, appreciating their commitment, integrity, and professionalism throughout their careers. He extended his best wishes for a healthy and fulfilling post-retirement life.
The ADC and ACR also spoke on the occasion, highlighting the dedication, humility, and team spirit consistently demonstrated by the retiring officers during their tenure.
Expressing their gratitude, both retirees thanked their colleagues for the constant support over the years, while fondly recalling memories of their long service in various capacities.
The ceremony concluded with the presentation of tokens of appreciation to the retiring officials, marking a respectful and emotional farewell to both officials.
