Ganderbal, June 26: District Development Council (DDC) Member Kangan-C, Mudasir Majeed, has been bereaved following the sudden demise of his mother-in-law, Saja Begum.
The deceased, wife of the late Mohammad Sultan Rather and a resident of Manigam, Ganderbal, passed away unexpectedly at her residence, plunging the family and the local community into deep sorrow.
Funeral prayers were offered in her native village of Manigam, where a large number of locals, friends, and well-wishers gathered to pay their respects.
Several political leaders, public representatives, and members of civil society have extended their heartfelt condolences to Mudasir Majeed and the bereaved family. They prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
