Says formal complaint loged against Quershi

Ganderbal, May 30:Sayim Mustafa as a chairman of a Non-Governmental Organisation “FAITH” rejects all allegations of Democratic Liberation Front (DLF) chairman, Hashim Qureshi, through a social media in which he tried to defame the said NGO.

Addressing a press conference here, Chairmain of the said NGO Sayim Mustafa who is also the first national cricketer from Ganderbal said that Hashim in face book post had tried to malign the image of different NGO’s of Kashmir in general and ‘FAITH’ in particular by levelling serious allegations against them. 

Few days back Hashim Qureshi, shared a post on facebook and claimed that “the NGO FAITH is doing scandales and fraud in the name of helping people and are deceiving general populace .Also, hiring ladies for employment by providing them handsome amounts of money like 30000-35000”. Qureshi also added a word “Scandal” in his post.

“Foreigner lady is working in this NGO. FAITH is being funded by Army and other agencies” the post of Qureshi wrote.

Taking serious note of his post FAITH has lodged a formal complaint in concerned police station. All the members of FAITH which includes Vice chairman, secretary, chairman and other members on Saturday refuted the serious allegations levelled against the NGO by the Chairman of Democratic Liberation Front (DLF) Hashim Quershi. 

Chairman of FAITH said that “Hashim have to face law as he tried to defame us without any evidence”.He said that “FAITH” is a reputed NGO which is purely working on the donations of general public. FAITH is helping near about 70 Widow’s by providing them monthly assistance and also have done commendable work in this pendimic, he added.

Sayim asked if Hashim was confident on his statement than why he deleted the post?.
