Pampore, Aug 14 (KNC): The body of a man who drowned in the River Jhelum near Leterbal, Pampore, on August 13 was recovered on Thirsday evening, bringing the search operation to a close.
An official told news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, The deceased has been identified as Khursheed Ahmad, son of Mushtaq Ahmad, a resident of D.H. Pora in Kulgam district.
The recovery was made possible through a coordinated effort by the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Fire and Emergency Services, local police, and civilian volunteers. (KNC)
