Ganderbal, May 18 (KNZ):In a significant move aimed at curbing misinformation and unauthorized representation, Er. Gh. Hassan Rather, the District President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for Ganderbal, has issued an official communication to the Press Association Ganderbal and the Media Council Gbl, urging them to refrain from publishing or circulating any news items or statements from M. Amin Shah.
In the letter dated 18/05/2025, Rather clarified that Amin Shah no longer holds any official capacity within the BJP and is not authorized to speak on behalf of the party in any form. “It is requested that no news items, press statements or content originated from M. Amin Shah be published or circulated under the banner of BJP,” the letter reads. The district president emphasized that Shah is not in a position to represent District BJP Ganderbal or issue statements on its behalf.

The notice ends with a polite yet firm request for cooperation, reflecting the party’s intention to maintain discipline and transparency in public communication.
