Bandipora :The Annual Day of Rana Army Goodwill School (AGS) Hajin was celebrated with exceptional zeal and vibrancy on Saturday at the school premises, marking a memorable day for students, parents, and staff alike. This year’s celebration held special significance as Rana AGS Hajin proudly completed 20 years of excellence since its establishment, reflecting two decades of dedicated service in shaping young minds. The event was organised by Rana AGS in coordination with Army Camp, Manasbal.
The celebrations transformed the campus into a lively cultural arena as students captivated the audience with energetic Bhangra, traditional folk dances, group performances, and impressive martial arts demonstrations. Each performance showcased the students’ confidence, discipline, and remarkable talent, drawing enthusiastic applause from all present.
Addressing the gathering, the chief guest underscored the importance of value-based education, asserting that it must become a core part of everyday life for every student. He appreciated the parents for their unwavering support and applauded the school management for AGS Hajin’s outstanding accomplishments in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities.
The programme was graced by the Commander 3 Sector as the chief guest, Imtiyaz Parray as the guest of honour, and the Principal of GDC Hajin as the second guest of honour, along with prominent civilians, officials, and community members.
The event concluded with an impressive prize-distribution ceremony, where students were honoured with certificates and awards across various categories.
