Ganderbal: On the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Fitr, Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) Ganderbal, Iqbal Rasool Dar-IFS, extended his warm and heartfelt greetings to the people, underscoring the significance of compassion, unity, and faith.
In his message, he prayed that the Almighty accepts the month-long fasting, prayers, and acts of repentance observed during Ramadan, and blesses everyone with peace, prosperity, and good health. He emphasized that Eid is not only a celebration but also a reminder of the core values of generosity, humility, and social responsibility.
Highlighting the importance of empathy, he urged people to extend support to the underprivileged and ensure that the joy of Eid reaches every household. “There is no greater virtue than helping those in need,” he remarked, adding that acts of kindness and charity strengthen the fabric of society.
