Ganderbal, 27 Jan (KNZ):Rashid Bashir, Junior Engineer with the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY), Ganderbal, was honoured on the occasion of the 77th Republic Day celebrations held at Kangan for his commendable public service.
The recognition was conferred by Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Kangan, Dr. Nazir Ahmad, in appreciation of Rashid Bashir’s dedication, efficiency, and sincere contribution towards implementation of developmental works in the area.
The felicitation ceremony formed part of the Republic Day programme and underscored the administration’s commitment to acknowledging officials who demonstrate professionalism and a strong sense of public duty.
