Ganderbal,May 01:In a major organizational announcement, Abid Hussain Bhat has been nominated as General Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) District Ganderbal. The nomination was officially declared by District President Gh. Hassan Rather, following consultations with senior BJP leaders including Shri Tarun Chugh Ji (National General Secretary), Shri Sat Paul Sharma (CA), Shri Ashok Kaul, and Shri Sunil Sharma.

The appointment comes as part of a broader restructuring of the district team, aimed at strengthening the party’s presence and efficiency in the region. Abid Hussain Bhat, known for his dedication and organizational skills, has expressed heartfelt gratitude to the party high command and especially to District President Gh. Hassan Rather for the trust reposed in him.

“I am deeply honored by this nomination. I thank the party leadership for their faith in me and pledge to work diligently to uphold the party’s values and vision in Ganderbal,” Bhat stated.

The new district team includes 21 members, comprising Vice Presidents, Secretaries, and other key functionaries, reflecting a balanced and inclusive approach to leadership within the BJP’s Ganderbal unit.
