Srinagar, May 23 : At least six civilians were injured after unknown persons hurled a grenade on forces vehicle in Bijbehara area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
A police officer told GNS that suspected militants lobbed a grenade on forces Gypsy which missed the intended target and exploded on road side.
In the blast six persons including the woman sustained splinter injuries.
All the injured have been hospitalised, the officer said.
He said that a case has been registered and further investigations have been taken up. (GNS)
