Srinagar: A video of a militant escaping from a gunfight site has gone viral on social networkking sites.
The video shows civilians helping militants escape the gunfight site.
It is believed that the video was shot at Chatergam area of Budgam where top Lashkar militant commander Naveed Jatt was killed along with his associate.
As the gunfight raged in the village, the locals rushed to the gunfight site in a bid to help the militants escape. Several of the protesters were injured in the clashes.
The veracity of the video could not be ascertained from police.(KR)
