GANDERBAL 25 Dec (KNZ):The thieves on Tuesday stolen electric transformers in Tehlipora Harran area of Ganderbal in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, plunging the area into darkness.
Reports reaching Kashmir News ZONE-KNZ said that the thieves stole 250KV transformer last night. Due to non-availability of electricity, the residents said that have been put to inconvenience especially students who are appearing in different examinations.
When Kashmir News Zone contacted a PDD officer Mr Javaid Ahmad he said Some unknown persons have stolen transformer from Tehlipora Harran area of Ganderbal.The Executive engineer of power department has lodged a complaint in this regard.
Ganderbal police registered a case in this regard.KNZ
