Srinagar: In its continuous offensive against menace of drug abuse, PS Lal Bazar seized Charas and arrested two drug peddlers, Today on 21/1/18 a naka was laid by SHO PS Lalbazar under the supervision of SDPO Hazratbal at Lalbazar.
During naka checking two drug Peddlers namely syed Adil Ashraf s/o Mohmad ashraf R/o Kailashpora Shamaswari and Jan Mohmmad Qazi s/o Mohmmad Abdullah R/o Kralyar Jogilanker Rainawari were arrested and contraband substance appraently Charas was recovered from them.
Both the pedllers were arrested and contraband substance seized. Case FIR No. 02/18 U/s 8/22 NDPS Stands registered in Ps Lalbazar and investigation taken up.
This effort is hugely hailed by the general masses. Police has appealed the common citizens to share all information related to drug abuse, so that curative steps can be initiated.
