Tral:A shutdown is being observed in south Kaahmir’s Tral town to mark the fourth death anniversary of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen commander Abid Khan.

Reports said all shops and business establishments were closed, while traffic movement was also affected in the town.

Khan alias Hamza of Handoora,Tral along with his associate Sheeraz Ahmed Dar were killed in a gunfight with forces at Aourigund village on January 27, 2015.
