Kupwara: Dardpora Lolab Area of Kupwara District up-roared today morning just a night after 10th Annual Result was Decleared by Jammu and Kashmir Board Of School Education(JKBOSE), Only a single student Qualified annual exam out of 44 students.
Scores of locals including Parents of Students reading in held a strong protest within the premises of Govt High school Dardpora lolab against the education department and Concerend school staff.
Protesters alleged concerned staff members for not showing least concern over the Annaul performance of Students.
Protesters raised Anti Government and Anti CEO Kupwara Slogans over the annual performances of students.
Last year 52 Student’s appeared in Annual Exams and only 3-4 students qualified the exam and this year only single student Qualified the exams among 44 students who appeared in the exams a local protester said.
High school Dardpora is areadly functioning without perminent principal, Additional charges given to Zonal educational programming officer (ZEPO) Of the concerend area protesters said.
They (Protesters) also added that,We will lock down the school if necessary action won’t be taken.
Sarpanch Abdul Gafoor Said That, Lcals of the area have been deployed in the school who don’t timely attend the school and don’t even bother regarding the annual or mid term performance of Students.
Incharge Principal who also holds Zonal Educational Reprogramming officer (ZEPO) of the area said i had Addational charge of 4 schools including High school dardpora among which 2 schools have satisfactory result excluding High school Dardpora he said.
Despite being far flung area all the mandatory staff was provided to the Instution ZEPO added.
We are collecting the data and higher ups will take necessary action into this matter He further added.
Locals urge Higher ups and native minister Abdul Haq Khan for necessary action as the instution is providing 0% results from past 2 years Protests further added.
