Srinagar 07 Nov: A complete shutdown is being observed in south Kashmir district of Pulwama where three militants, including Divisional Commander of Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM), were killed in a gunfight with government forces, reports said on Tuesday.
An army soldier was also killed in the cross firing while a civilian injured in clashes near the encounter site in Aglar village.
Shops and business establishments remained closed and traffic was also off the roads in Pulwama, where authorities have suspended mobile service since last night, sources said.
