Srinagar, October 17:(GNS) A 42 year old civilian was injured in a grenade attack at Rafiabad area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday evening.

A police officer told GNS that the suspected militants attacked Army’s 32 RR camp at Trekpor Rafiabad.

In the incident, one civilian identified as Mohammad Ashoor Mir of Rohama Rafiabad sustained splinter injuries and was taken to nearby hospital for medical treatment.

The officer said that area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.

Pertinently this is second such attack in a single day in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district, earlier three cops including an officer were injured in grenade blast at Pattan.(GNS)
