Police arrest student turned militant Ahtisham Bilal from home

Ahtisham Bilal a Delhi university student from Khanyar locality of city who recently joined ISJK militant outfit has been arrested by the police from his home.

Family sources informed that Ahtisham has been detained at Khanyar police station.
