KULGAM 28 Feb【KNZ】:People of chogalpora KULGAM protested against the Phe department for not providing them water from filtration plant as per locals

The filtration plant was sanctioned in 2010 and 1 crore was released for that but this filtration plant got cracks from all sides(walls) due to this leakage plant become function less.

People allegedly said that we are drinking the water from local stream which is not good for health.KNZ
