Srinagar, Aug 11: Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik on Saturday called for complete shutdown on Aug 15 (Wednesday).In a statement issued JRL said that appealed people to observe this day as ‘black day’.h
