Nowgam gunfight: Kashmir University orders suspension of class work

Class work will remain suspended at Kashmir University today in view of a gunfight between militants and the government forces in Nowgam on the outskirts of Srinagar.

The decision has been taken to avoid law and order situation in the varsity, said a spokesman.
