Sopore January 30:  The missing Sopore goldsmith’ ‘s body was finally recovered  on Tuesday evening after month by the efforts of administration.

It has been an emotional journey for the family of Sopore murdered Goldsmith’ who was  missing on December 26 which according to police after being kidnapped he was murdered and his body was thrown into the river has finally traced out after 34 days on Tuesday evening.

Reports reaching to The INS  that missing murdered  goldsmith’s body was found in river jehlum at Tulibal area of Sopore on Tuesday evening by joint efforts of Police and  locals and was later rushed to Sub District Hospital Sopore.

It is pertinent to mention here that Tariq Ahmed Malik Hailing from Kalaroos area of Kupwara district was running a jewellery shop in Apple town Sopore before he had gone missing from his shop, however Sopore police earlier this month arrested four accused who kidnapped him first then murdered and thrown into the river jehlum.

Meanwhile trade body Sopore appeals chota Bazaar shopkeepers to register shutdown tomorrow to mourn the murder of Goldsmith.
